Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistakes, so here is a thought why we get angry even knowing it's poisonous for us, and also unpleasant for our surroundings. See we get angry because we wants to change, or correct the other person however we forgets that everyone is different, and has their own limitations, so anger is not something which happens to us, but in reality we get angry. See we don't posses any superpower of compulsion which would allow us to control someone else's behavior, and their overall reaction, but indeed we own a superpower which allows us to control our response, and it also helps us to not get influenced by our surroundings however most of the time we are unaware of our superpower which is similar like you want to watch a cricket match on your TV, but instead of having a remote on your hand, you would have to ask other person to change the channel for you, and as you know it's not in your control if the other person would change the channel, or not, so why do bother in first place, I mean giving your system remote on someone else hand, and as I said earlier you can't control your circumstances, but indeed you can control your response, so turn off that autopilot region of your mind, and drive it manually.
