The great detective

The great detective

Once upon a time in emperor Akbar's kingdom. One merchant caved in, and asked for help. We know from Indian mythology Akbar was the great mughal emperor, and also he was a kind, and fair king when merchant asked for help from king about his stolen necklace then in no time Akbar agreed, and transfer his case to his minister Birbal, or also known as mahesh das however when Birbal took his case he said merchant today is your lucky day then merchant replied are you kidding me, my necklace got stolen, and you are saying it's my lucky day could you tell me how then Birbal said behold I learned a new magic trick today, and this trick will help me to catch your thief, and then Birbal asked merchant how many servants you have merchant replied I have seven servants. Birbal said order all of them to be present here, now when they caved in the kingdom then Birbal started performing a magic trick. He started walking around servants, and chanting Avada kedavra, and at the end he gave wooden sticks to servants, and said I am giving same sticks to each of you however a thief stick will have increased two inches tomorrow because of  my magic, so go, and come back tomorrow when servants again caved in next day with their sticks there were six servants along with same sticks however there was one servant who had a shorter one then Akbar got astonished, and asked Birbal what that means accept one servant all of them have stolen merchant's necklace, but why, then Birbal said let me tell you all I didn't played any sort of magic tricks yesterday, and as you know me. I am not a magician, so instead I just played with human psyche. I gave same sticks to each servant, but the original thief thought according to my prediction his stick will have grow two inches because he was responsible, so he sliced down two inches of his stick, and thought tomorrow my stick will grow exact two inches, and it will look similar to everyone, and nobody will be able to catch me, and he did exactly same what I expected. At the end of the day thief returned merchant necklace and got punished by Akbar.
